Come celebrate our heritage as St. Patrick’s Parish, in conjunction with the Gretna Knights of Columbus and the Gretna Optimist Club, invite everyone to this Community event. Tents, tables, and chairs will be available,however, if you wish to bring your own lawn chair please do so. We will have live entertainment provided by The Mark Vyhlidal Band. They will be playing some great old time polka and waltz music for all ages to enjoy so please bring the entire family. The Knights of Columbus will have food options available on-site, serving a variety of brats, hot dogs & burgers from 5:00pm-8:00pm. Additionally, our Knights of Columbus will have a Beer Garden along with a variety of pop/water from 5:00pm-9:00pm. Prime Time Ice Cream will have delectable cool desserts and treats available! Finally, the Gretna Optimist Club will be running their 8th Annual Cornhole (“Bags”) tournament, starting promptly at 5:00pm. Come out and enjoy this community event for the whole family.
