Come celebrate our heritage as St. Patrick’s Parish, in conjunction with the Gretna Knights of Columbus and the Gretna Optimist Club, invite everyone to this Community event. This year we will provide tents, tables, and chairs however, if you wish to bring your own lawn chair please do so. We will have live entertainment provided by The Mark Vyhlidal Band. They will be playing some great old time polka and waltz music for all ages to enjoy so please bring the entire family. We will have food options available on-site including the Optimist Club serving a variety of brats, hot dogs & burgers from 5:00pm-8:00pm. Our Knights of Columbus will have a Beer Garden along with a variety of pop/water from 5:00pm-9:30pm. Also added this year will be delectable cool desserts from Prime Time Ice Cream! And to add to the fun, the Gretna Optimist Club will be running their 7th Annual Cornhole (“Bags”) tournament, which will start promptly at 5:00pm. Come out and enjoy this community event for the whole family.
